Lead is an innovative leadership proramme designed specifically for, and in conjunction with, businesses with up to 20 employees.

Supported by the Northwest Regional Development Agency, LEAD aims to bring support and knowledge to business owners who find themselves so wrapped up in the day-to-day running of the company that they find it difficult to take a step back, and look at the bigger picture.
