LEAD
LEAD (Leadership Enterprise & Development) is an innovative leadership programme designed specifically for, and in conjunction with businesses with up to 20 employees.
Supported by the Northwest Regional Development Agency, LEAD aims to bring support and knowledge to business owners who find themselves so wrapped up in the day-to-day running of the company that they find it difficult to take a step back, and look at the bigger picture.
LEAD aims to improve the confidence of the owner manager, improve leadership skills, develop new opportunities and help you take your business forward.
The programme has been piloted over the course of the past five years by Lancaster University Management School. 90% of business owners that took part in the programme reported an average annual sales increase of £200,000.
The 10 month programme requires a commitment of 2-3 days a month with a maximum cost of £2,000 to the business.
