From the moment that you enquire about a course you are shown courtesy and respect and once you have started your course you form a team with your fellow delegates and your tutors.

We understand that some people may be returning to education after a break, some may be nervous and some may not know what they are letting themselves in for. Our Sales team are professional and understand that this can be the case. They are sympathetic to your requirements and always endeavour to help you with course information and to discuss your options. You may just be phoning for advice, that is fine, we are here to help. You may not understand which course is right for you, that is fine, we are here to help.

Many of our NVQ courses will require you to meet with our course tutor before you start, this is an excellent opportunity to find out more about the course you have chosen and how it will work. These meetings are an informal chat aimed at helping you to understand the course and to allow us to find out more about your experiences, roles and responsibilities, allowing us to make sure you are on the right course.

It is understandable that you may be nervous about undertaking a course, but remember we are here to help you.
