Access to Information
The Freedom of Information Act 2000 provides a right of public access to information
held by public authorities.
"Public authorities" are defined in the Act and include universities, further education
college and sixth form colleges.
Runshaw College has adopted the new Model Publication Scheme for colleges of
further education, without modification as approved by the Information Commissioner.
The model became effective from 1st January 2009.
The information will be presented in 2 parts:-
