LLLN Network
Runshaw College is a member of the Lancashire Lifelong Learning Network (LLLN)
Lifelong Learning Networks (LLNs) were introduced by the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) to create progression routes and progression agreements into and through higher education (HE) for vocational learners in identified vocational sectors.
Lancashire LLN is a partnership of 5 universities (HEIs), 12 further education colleges (FECs), the Lancashire work based learning forum and Aimhigher Lancashire.
The overall objective for LLNs is to improve the coherence, clarity and certainty of progression opportunities for vocational learners into and through higher education.
