The strength of this exceptional inspection, confirmed our Beacon status and we are recognised nationally as a model of best practice.
Results for both the Sixth Form and Adult College are consistently well above the national average.
Awards
In 1996, the College won the North West Quality Award, in 2000, the Millennium Award, and in 2002, we received the UK Business Excellence Award, the UK's most prestigious and rigorous quality award. In 2003, we won the European Quality Award, plus a special prize for leadership and constancy of purpose.
