Beacon College

Runshaw has Beacon College status for excellence in teaching and learning. With the replacement of the national Quality Improvement Agency by the Learning and Skills Improvement Service, a new logo has been designed for Beacon Colleges.

Beacon status provides public recognition of the excellence and innovation that exists within the further education system. It celebrates outstanding delivery in the further education sector from a range of learning and skills providers across England.

The logo displayed here is the new Beacon Logo. Only colleges with Beacon College status can display this logo.

It is a mark of educational excellence and a fitting tribute to the outstanding achievements of the people who work and study at Runshaw College.
