Runshaw’s IT Service Desk Team made the final 3 in the prestigious “Best Service Desk” award via the international Service Desk Institute (SDI).
The team just missed out on winning the prestigious international “Best Service Desk” award via the Service Desk Institute (SDI)! It is with immense pride that our team finished as Runners Up which is still an unbelievable achievement.
The SDI are an internationally recognised IT organisation who have certified a large number of Service Desks/IT Services departments against the global best practice standard. Those organisations include O2, various NHS organisations, Barnados, T Systems, Waitrose, NBC Universal International and Admiral (Car Insurance).
