  • Infrastructure Technician Apprentices Level 3

    As an Infrastructure Technician you will be involved in providing support to internal and external customers, helping them to be productive when using technology to do their own jobs, by using tools to problem solve and trouble shoot non-routine problems. Task would also include setting people up on systems and providing support when they need it, rectifying issues to maintain the organisations productivity. Roles would include Help Desk Technician, First or Second Line Support, IT Infrastructure Technician or Network Support.

    As a scientific laboratory technician you will be involved in a variety of laboratory-based activities within the biological, chemical and/or physical sciences. Laboratory technicians support scientists and play a vital role in assisting with standard laboratory tests, scientific investigations and the performance of important technical support functions across an organisation. They work in a wide range of organisations, including but not exclusively, chemical, primary and secondary pharmaceutical, healthcare, clinical research, biotechnology, formulated products, educational institutions and analytical sciences services and perform variety of tasks depending on the employer.

    CLOSED FOR 2019. The primary role of a network engineer is to design, install, maintain and support communication networks within an organisation or between organisations. Network engineers need to maintain high levels of operation of communication networks in order to provide maximum performance and availability for their users, such as staff, clients, customers and suppliers. They will understand network configuration, cloud, network administration and monitoring tools, and be able to give technical advice and guidance.
