Apprentice Chef (ref CA03)
The apprentice will cover all aspects of food preparation, cooking and serving. They will learn all relevant legislation and best practice for the above as well as the hygiene and health and safety that goes with it.

Apprentice chef required to learn the whole variety of types of cooking, this will include preparation, cooking and presenting of meat, fish and vegetables.
This will be a hands on learning role where paying customers will be at the end of the process. you will work directly under the head chef. As the kitchen is busiest at evening and weekends these will be your main working times. At the successful end of the course there will be a full time position for the apprentice.

- Qualifications Required
No GCSE’s required, but must demonstrate the ability to achieve Maths/English L2 Functional skills as indicated in the BKSB assessment.
