Apprentice Hospitality Supervisor (ref HOS01)
The apprentice will cover all aspects of the hospitality industry including customer service, hygiene, event planning, marketing, cellar management and other general management skills. They will learn all relevant legislation and best practice for the above as well as the hygiene and health and safety that goes with it.
- Job Description
Apprentice hospitality team leader / supervisor required to learn the whole range of customer service, hygiene, event planning, cleaning, marketing, cellar management, management skills. This will be a hands on learning role where paying customers will be at the end of the process. You will work directly under one of the owners of the company. As the business is busiest at evening and weekends these will be your main working times. At the successful end of the course there will be a full time position for the apprentice.

- Qualifications Required
No GCSE’s required but must have sufficient proven experience in the sector.
Must have the ability to achieve Maths/English L2 functional skills as indicated in the BKSB assessment

Full time position will be offered on successful completion of the apprenticeship.
