  • Job Description

    – Working in a team of 8 customer service advisors and business development executives
    – Deliver flawless customer experience in line with the organisations brand and tone of voice
    – Responding to customer enquiries over the phone / electronically
    – Provide accurate information to customers regarding pricing, time scales
    – Accurately processing orders
    – Handle and resolve customer complaints
    – Organise own workload in line with customer and company needs
    – Manage a large amount of inbound calls
    – Once have a full understanding of product range, be able to offer alternatives and additional products to customers
    – Keep up to date the company’s sales force system
    – Process customer orders
    – Respond to customer enquiries
    – Resolve customer complaints
    – Build relationships with customers
    – Update sales force CRM system

  • Personal Qualities

    Team Player, excellent communication skills, confident, strong work ethic

  • Qualifications Required

    4 x GCSE A*-D/Grade 9-3 including Maths and English or equivalent.

  • Future Prospects

    Possible progression to Level 3.
