Hire & Sales - Customer Service Apprentice (ref CS11)
Assist our Preston branch to run a busy hire and sales desk whilst proving a first class customer service.

Lifting Gear UK Limited is a rapidly expanding and successful business looking for people who will help us shape our future and fulfil their own ambitions.
Duties will include:
Aiding the Day to day running of their branch, Customer service, Administration of paperwork and ensuring correct Stock levels
Use & updating of the customer repair register on the LGUK U-drive
Responding to customer telephone, e-mail or in person requests for the hire, sales, inspection repair or testing of all types of lifting equipment.
Creation of manual certification for the inspection and/or testing of all types of lifting appliances.
Processing all incoming communications from customer to ensure maximum revenue conversion
Fulfillment of Customer enquires either by phone , email or walk in
Management and completion of LGUK Purchase Orders in connection with customer contracts on the Insphire computerised system
Ensure high levels of accuracy when completing larger more difficult contracts & purchase orders
General administrative duties
Ensure all outstanding daily enquires are chased up
Review of transport planner, to ensure that all transport commitments are being/have been complied with and that transport for the next day is organised and arranged in line with customer requirements
Respond to customer enquiries
Resolve customer complaints

- Qualifications Required
4 x GCSE A*-D/ 9-3 including Maths and English at C or equivalent.
basic computer skills (not a qualification)
