  • Job Description

    To be able to provide effective and efficient HR administrative service through first line support to Line Managers and employees by fully understanding all HR policies and procedures.

    To manage the starter, leaver and amendment administration for weekly staff and deliver a high quality customer service at all times. Work with the wider HR team to support business priorities.

    Key Accountabilities/Main Duties:
    • Act as a knowledgeable first point of contact for HR queries with regards to policies and procedures from all employees

    • Manage the full employee admin cycle from new starters to retirees for weekly employees

    • Complete general office duties including answering telephone enquiries, opening HR post, photocopying, scanning, shredding and archiving

    • Support the recruitment team with adverts, sourcing, telephone screening and flexible labour pool

    • Management of the medical process including booking of medicals and updating of related trackers to ensure ongoing compliance

    • Administration of benefits such as eye care and tool loans

    • Use a range of systems to provide reports and data as required by the HR Department and senior business leaders Administer the company recognition scheme

    • To be responsible for own performance and actions

    • To undertake any other duties which fall within the job holder’s capabilities aligned to normal duties that management may reasonably request and to continually seek ways to improve the way in which your function operates within the business

  • Qualifications Required

    4 x GCSE A*-C including English and Maths (or equivalent)
