    Do you love problem solving? Have good IT skills and like fixing issues? Then this apprenticeship could be for you? We are looking to recruit a Helpdesk Support Apprentice who is a hardworking, organised individual with flexibility and a willingness to learn.
    As an IT Service Desk Technician Apprentice your main roles and responsibilities will include:
    • Providing 1st line support to the existing client base
    • Taking phone calls and dealing with emails
    • Troubleshooting a range of IT enquiries
    • Using remote support tools
    • Logging tickets within the reporting system
    • Escalating more complex calls to an appropriate IT Support member

  • Qualifications Required

    5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including Maths and English or Functional Skills Equivalent

    There is the possibility of a full-time permanent position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship
