Chef required to help prepare, cook, and serve the food offer in a small country pub. Basic Food Hygiene is required and other kitchen duties
- Job Description
The candidate will be required to prepare, cook and serve dishes off our menu both Bar snacks and main menu. At times functions will be required and the candidate will be offered to work on these. This will include preparing Vegetables, Meats and Fish dishes including Pork. Making Sandwiches, Baguettes and other fresh items. Dailey cleaning tasks in the kitchen will be required to be completed in accordance with Law.
Wednesday – Friday 3pm-9pm
The Apprenticeship training for this vacancy will be provided by Runshaw College. As this is a funded Apprenticeship programme it is not open to candidates who have already achieved a qualification at Level 4 or above.
