    Dixon are premium manufacturers of Metallic, Composite, Rubber, PTFE, Silicon and Food and Beverage hose and hose assemblies; Typical duties include air, water, steam, oil, food, chemical and general purpose.

    Our standard product range includes air fittings, cam & groove couplings, clamps, din standard products, hygienic fittings, hygienic actuated valves, quick release couplings, steam couplings and boss clamps, tanker fittings, valves.
    Dixon Europe have built up a reputation for expertise, product knowledge, technical support and unrivalled quality. Our manufacturing and engineering facilities are approved by BSI and comply with ISO 9001 requirements and can design and produce individual customised products to find solutions to customer’s fluid & air handling problems.

    As a member of the Production dept; you will be responsible for the manufacture of metallic and rubber hoses and their associated coupling assemblies, in-line with Dixon’s standard operating procedures. This position will report to the production supervisor. Daily tasks will include the preparation of hose assemblies to required lengths, crimping and clamping end couplings to the assembly, pressure testing and tagging of finished assemblies and documenting test results. Working in a semi-automated, fast-moving production environment requiring manual handling, strong customer focus, speed and quality of output.

    x4 GCSE A*-D/Grade 9-3 which must include Maths and Science and also include GCSE English at Grade A8-E/Grade 9-2 or eqvivalent.
