    Administration role in a small Fire Alarm Company
    Check incoming emails
    Sales Order Processing
    Packing orders of fire equipment,
    Matching delivery notes to invoices
    Arranging courier day to day
    Registering of incoming deliveries
    Checking stock
    General admin duties including filing, scanning, shredding, tidying up etc

  • Personal Qualities

    A willingness to learn, good communication skills and telephone manner

  • Qualifications Required

    Grade 4 or above in both Maths and English

  • Future Prospects

    Possible progression onto Level 3
