You will play a vital role in our Clinical Administration Team within the organisation to ensure the treatment is smooth and stress free for our clients by providing a range of administrative, clinical-coordination and support tasks with a needed ability to quickly switch priorities with different workloads.

  • Job Description

    Create Treatment Proposals and Plans
    Diary management
    Attending weekly meetings with Director
    Support the Clinical Coordinator and the clinical team in all their duties
    Ensure the smooth running of the clinic and clinical services
    Keep office and desks clean and tidy in line with GDPR procedures
    Arranging meetings and communications and taking minutes
    Updating records of service users using our in-house systems, adhering to confidentiality at all times
    Accurately maintaining and updating excel spreadsheets
    Providing information to potential clients about services we offer at Flourish Therapy Clinic
    Preparing and filing service user records and managing patient files of existing clients and associated documents and offering telephone support
    Booking rooms for client appointments and internal meetings
    Clinical admin work including typing up clinical notes for client sessions as requested
    Attending training as required
    Attending the Clinical Team Meetings fortnightly
    Ensure service user records are in a good state of repair and up to date
    Assist in production of information for audit and inspection
    Process changes to service user information on the computer and paper records
    Ad hoc duties to meet the needs of the business
    You will be expected to be able to work well both independently and as part of a team. We are a busy team in a fast-paced environment who all work together to create the best possible outcomes for our service users.

  • Personal Qualities

    An interest in mental health and wellbeing is desirable as this is the area of work

  • Qualifications Required

    5 x GCSE A*-D / 9-3 which must include GCSE English and Maths at A*-C / 9-4 or equivalent.

  • Future Prospects

    Progression to Level 3, Improvement Practitioner Apprenticeship and potentially through to Degree level, who wish to go this way and permanent position within the company.

  • What will the End Point Assessment (EPA) include

    his includes a knowledge test, portfolio-based interview and a project/improvement presentation. All assessment methods will be conducted and graded by an independent EPAO.
