You will be supporting the directors by running daily reports and assisting with the administration of the day to day running of the business and you will also be assisting the White Collar recruitment team with formatting candidate CV’s .

  • Job Description

    We are a nationwide recruitment agency supplying Temporary and Permanent candidates to the Construction Industry.  
    The main thing we expect from you is that you are confident, organised and enjoy a challenge.
    Your key duties & responsibilities will be:
    Database management
    Director reporting
    Director diary support
    Setting up new starters
    Tea, coffee and stationery ordering
    Coordinating branded merchandise
    Responding to emails
    Absence logging
    Answering the telephone
    Formatting candidate CV’s

    What’s on offer:
    Salary of £10,983pa
    40 hours per week working

  • Qualifications Required

    5 x GCSE A*-D / 9-3 which must include GCSE English and maths at A*-C / 9-4 or equivalent.

  • Future Prospects

    Progression to Office Coordinator on completion of apprenticeship

  • What will the End Point Assessment (EPA) include

    This includes a knowledge test, portfolio-based interview and a project/improvement presentation. All assessment methods will be conducted and graded by an independent EPAO.
