To administer and maintain in house systems and documents relating to statutory compliance, invoicing, purchase orders and suppliers.
Assisting Regional Facilities Managers out in the field with essential compliance administration.
Raising work requests on in house systems
Collaborating with internal departments to ensure queries are completed in a timely manner
Completing standard supporting documents (costing workbooks) to assist the work request process
Updating records on CAFM system including site details, supplier details, job details, documents.

Determined, persistent, dedicated, personable, outgoing personality.
- Qualifications Required
5 x GCSE A*-D / 9-3 which must include GCSE English at A*-C / 9-4 and Maths at A*-D / 9-3 or equivalent.
- Future Prospects
Progression to Level 4 and further
- What will the End Point Assessment (EPA) include
This includes a knowledge test, portfolio-based interview and a project/improvement presentation. All assessment methods will be conducted and graded by an independent EPAO.
