Assisting Regional Facilities Managers out in the field with essential compliance administration.
Raising work requests on in house systems
Collaborating with internal departments to ensure queries are completed in a timely manner
Completing standard supporting documents (costing workbooks) to assist the work request process
Updating records on CAFM system including site details, supplier details, job details, documents. - Personal Qualities
Determined, persistent, dedicated, personable, outgoing personality.
- Qualifications Required
5 x GCSE A*-D / 9-3 which must include GCSE English at A*-C / 9-4 and Maths at A*-D / 9-3 or equivalent.
- Future Prospects
Progression to Level 4 and further
- What will the End Point Assessment (EPA) include
This includes a knowledge test, portfolio-based interview and a project/improvement presentation. All assessment methods will be conducted and graded by an independent EPAO.
