- Job Description
This position will be responsible to the Business Manager and as a Member of the office team you will be involved in delivering a high level of customer service and best value in an effective and efficient manner whilst learning all aspects of the qualification and our credit union business. On a day-to-day basis you will work across the organisation assisting members with their account transactions and enquiries, administration, finance & processing of applications together with reaching out to members using various communication methods including social media, chat, telephone and email.

- Qualifications Required
5 x GCSE A*-D / 9-3 which must include GCSE English at A*-C / 9-4 and Maths at A*-D / 9-3 or equivalent.

- What will the End Point Assessment (EPA) include
This includes a knowledge test, portfolio-based interview and a project/improvement presentation. All assessment methods will be conducted and graded by an independent EPAO.
