  • Job Description

    The role will include managing the office inbox and distributing emails, taking customer service and switchboard calls, updating customers on the status of their orders and contacting customers by email and telephone to request feedback.

    It requires an excellent telephone manner, a high standard of both written and spoken English and an organised and methodical demeanour.
    This role will be working within the customer services team and will include:

    •Managing the office inbox and distributing emails.
    •Taking customer service and switchboard calls.
    •Updating customers on the status of their orders and contacting customers by email and telephone to request feedback.
    •Filing and archiving of invoices, orders and other documentation.
    •Contacting customers to ask for more information in relation to orders.
    •Contacting customers to request feedback for Trustpilot

  • Qualifications Required

    5 x GCSE A*-D / 9-3 which must include GCSE English at A*-C / 9-4 and Maths at A*-D / 9-3 or equivalent.

    Support into other areas of the business following the apprenticeship if suitable.

  • What will the End Point Assessment (EPA) include

    Towards the final few months of the apprenticeship you will complete your End Point Assessment. This includes a knowledge test, portfolio-based interview and a project/improvement presentation. All assessment methods will be conducted and graded by an independent EPAO.
