Northern Eco Installations LTD are a small eco company based in Blackburn.
Your role as a customer service apprentice will be varied but will include speaking to customers via phone and email along with external partners to ensure applications are dealt with appropriately and professionally along with general office duties.

- Job Description
Working from our office in Blackburn you will be working with a close nit and friendly team, processing applications for free heating and insulation measures.
The role will be varied from dealing with new applications, processing new applications, dealing with customers and with partner companies.
Key responsibilities:
• Checking relevant documents are correct
• Liaising with customers to process customer applications
• Liaising with partner companies to process applications
• Working closely with the rest of the team workers out in the field
• Dealing with customer phone calls
• Organising surveyor diary’s
• Organising install appointments - Personal Qualities

Reliable - Qualifications Required
4 x GCSE A*-D / 9-3 which must include GCSE English and maths at A*-C / 9-3 or equivalent.

Future progression within the company. - What will the End Point Assessment (EPA) include
This includes an ‘Apprentice Showcase’ to provide examples of work, a practical observation and a professional discussion. All assessment methods will be conducted and graded by an independent EPAO.
