Job Title: Digital Marketing Administrator

Responsible to: Digital Marketing ManagerMain Purpose Of The Role
The Digital Marketing Administrator is responsible for the timely upkeep of our intranet platform “WebSPAR”. WebSPAR is an information resource which links to our online ordering system, allowing SPAR retailers across the North of England to place orders for their stores on a daily basis with James Hall & Co.
Through the site retailers can access price and promotional details, one-off deals, training information and resources, along with category range recommendations and planograms. This administrative role is key to ensuring that WebSPAR is continually populated with accurate and timely information, which helps our SPAR retailers access the information and products they require.
Working with a wide range of stakeholders the Digital Marketing Administrator will need to be well organised, be able to work to tight deadlines and have an eye for detail.
Along with WebSPAR responsibilities the role will also have responsibility for maintaining our store database, ensuring accurate store data which populates online search engines such as Google as well as our internal retail register.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Daily administrative duties on WebSPAR
Responsible for actioning any requests which are sent to the WebSPAR inbox
Ensuring that WebSPAR is always displaying the correct information and liaising with relevant members of the James Hall & Co team to make the user experience of WebSPAR as good as possible for our retailers
Working with relevant departments for any specific requests for their sections on WebSPAR
Store database maintenance including liaising with SPAR UK and other external parties where necessary to maintain an accurate digital presence for our stores

- What will the End Point Assessment (EPA) include
This includes a portfolio containing evidence of real work projects, a project, an employer reference and a structured interview. All assessment methods will be conducted and graded by an independent EPAO.
