A Day of Team Building and Celebration
This year’s awards coincided with our annual team-building day, a special event that encouraged staff to connect outside their usual work environment. Staff participated in a variety of fun and engaging activities, such as craft workshops, outdoor walks, escape rooms and visits to Manchester markets. This occasion reinforced the value of appreciating each other’s hard work and celebrating the incredible achievements taking place across the college.
