CIPD Certificate in Human Resource Management
This programme is delivered based on research, student feedback/experiences and encompasses the learning required at this level. Following successful completion of the course you will be offered the opportunity to progress to the full Diploma Level 5* providing direct entry to CIPD Level 7, should you wish to pursue this higher level qualification thereafter.
The Certificate in Human Resource Management consists of a maximum of Three Core units and three additional units:
- Developing professional practice
- Business issues and the context of human resources
- Using information in human resources
Set Optional units: (these are subject to amendment by the tutor)
- Employee Engagement
- Resourcing and Talent Planning
- Reward Management
No formal qualifications are required however potential learners will be expected to attend an informal pre-course interview to ensure they can cope with this level of study.
This qualification is intended for:
- Those in an HR/L&D Management role in their organisation
- Those that aspire to an HR/L&D Management role.
On successful completion of this course you will be awarded a certificate by the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. You can then progress on to CIPD Advanced qualifications. Progression will be determined by your job role.
