  • Overview

    You will need to attend 13 live taught sessions, with the additional requirement for research, assignment writing and self-study to be conducted in your own time.

    You need to have enrolled and registered on this course by 9th July 2021.

    You will need access to a laptop or PC with video and microphone. Classes will be delivered over MS Teams.

  • Entry Requirements

    Applicants should have successfully completed the Level 5 Certificate in Human Resource Management.

    To Top Up from the Certificate in Human Resource Management to the Diploma in Human Resource Management you will need to complete two additional modules and at Runshaw College these are:

    • Managing & Coordinating the Human Resource Function
    • Employment Law

    Learners will also need to become a member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and will need to pay the annual CIPD membership fee, currently £123 (price correct May 2021).
