Macs & iPads

If you are using a Mac or iPad then you need to ensure you have the Microsoft Remote Desktop app installed (this is free via the Apple App Store). This is required no matter which web browser you are using. If you are unable to install the app or have installed it and are still having problems please click here for further help.

For details on setting up the app on an iPad, click on the icon or the link next to the icon for the version of the app you have installed (version 10 is only available for iOS 13 & later). Once installed please follow the instructions for the browser you are using.
