Congratulations to our four Science students for their hard work and dedication in completing a research project for the Gold Crest Award.
Their assignment also included designing an academic poster through the Institute for Research in Schools (IRIS). It’s clear that they’ve invested significant time and effort into their research, and it’s wonderful to see their final posters.
The Institute for Research in Schools is set up to provide change in the culture in education so that every young person experiences authentic research and innovation while at school or college. The Gold Crest Awards are a nationally recognised scheme for student-led project work in STEM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths), giving young people the chance to choose their own subject and methodology when completing their hands-on investigation.
Well done to our students for their impressive accomplishments!
