• Job Description

  We are looking for a Sales Apprentice to join our fast paced telephone sales team based in Chorley. Responding to a wide range of enquiries for hedging from both retail and trade customers the role will include building and managing your own pipeline of enquiries to maximise the sales conversion from every opportunity presented.
  For our trade sales there is an element of relationship management where outbound calls will be required to keep in touch with customers but there is no ‘cold calling’, all enquiries are presented to us either via telephone or email.

• Personal Qualities

  Outgoing personality with a desire to have a career in sales.

• Qualifications Required

  5 GCSE’s Grades 9-3 (D or above) Including English and Maths at Grade 9-4 (C or above)

• Future Prospects

  Completion of level 3 qualification and progression/development within the Business

• What will the End Point Assessment (EPA) include

  Towards the final few months of the apprenticeship you will complete your End Point Assessment. This includes a knowledge test, portfolio-based interview and a project/improvement presentation. All assessment methods will be conducted and graded by an independent EPAO.

• Things to Consider

  This Apprenticeship is completed within the workplace. You will be assessed through written work and observation throughout your training. You will be given time by your employer to complete portfolio work, attend training, workplace shadowing and any other opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge.
