Laboratory technicians support scientists and play a vital role in assisting with standard laboratory tests, scientific investigations and the performance of important technical support functions across an organisation. They work in a wide range of organisations, including but not exclusively, chemical, primary and secondary pharmaceutical, healthcare, clinical research, biotechnology, formulated products, educational institutions and analytical sciences services and perform variety of tasks depending on the employer.
