Northcote’s catering and hospitality team spent a superb day with our students at Runshaw’s Chef School.

Northcote has been a long standing support to Runshaw College and the Chef courses. As a local and highly acclaimed hotel holding a prestigious Michelin star, it always inspires our students to work hard, focus and commit to their studies and skills.

On Monday 30th November, the Northcote team arrived at Runshaw Chef School to demonstrate three fabulous dishes, create four cocktails and present a wine tasting experience. Amongst the five was ex student Max Daglish, who returned to share his knowledge and experiences with all our chefs. The students thoroughly enjoyed the demonstrations, and more importantly learned from this superb day where employers and college worked together to inspire the next generation of budding chefs.
