A presentation was held to celebrate the achievement of students completing their DofE Awards.
Our Principal Clare Russell awarded the certificates, with a total of 10 Bronze, 21 Silver and 16 Gold achieved in the past year. One of the Gold Awards was to a member of staff, Danniella Benson, from the Enrichment Team.
The impact of the Volunteering section of the award is immense this year – Runshaw has contributed 3,094 volunteering hours, equating to a value of £9,523! 11 of our Gold achievers will be attending a celebration event at Buckingham Palace Gardens on Monday 13th May and we are very pleased that Clare has also been invited. We hope you all have a wonderful day!
