    Our Client Relationship team serves as the driving force behind our success, responsible for leading the charge in acquiring new business and developing essential relationships. For many of our trusted customers, our Client Relationship team is the first point of contact, offering expert advice on their Security matters, whilst ensuring that they get the best value of service for their money. We are thrilled to present a new and exciting opportunity for a motivated apprentice to join our growing Sales team in Chorley. This position offers a fantastic entry point to kickstart a rewarding sales career within our expanding company. The role not only provides substantial room for personal and professional growth but also includes the valuable opportunity to work towards a Level 3 qualification in Customer Service, enhancing your skill set and knowledge in the field.

    Handling incoming new business leads that are interested in Churchill’s services. General Administration function including the input of data. Nurturing and developing customer relationships to maximise sales opportunities. Proactive account development and customer engagement in order to build pipeline and exceed sales targets. Utilisation of Churchill’s sales toolset and company CRM platform to aid the delivery of retention and growth of your customer base.

  • Qualifications Required

    4 x GCSE A*-D / 9-3 which must include GCSE English and maths at A*-C / 9-3 or equivalent.

  • Future Prospects

    Progression into the sales team becoming an executive

  • What will the End Point Assessment (EPA) include

    This includes a knowledge test, portfolio-based interview and a project/improvement presentation. All assessment methods will be conducted and graded by an independent EPAO.
