You’ll work in a busy and friendly office offering the opportunity to learn all about pub licensing, leasing and supporting our general business needs. Additionally, you will assist in the recruitment process of potential new tenants and deal with enquiries.

  • Job Description

    This is a varied and interesting role for someone keen to learn about the licensed trade and the principles of business administration more widely.

    Supporting the administration function of the business, including:
    Assisting with the licencing process for our pubs, including annual renewals and dealing with enquiries. This will involve liaising with local authorities via telephone and written communication.
    Producing leases, using a standard template, for new / renewing tenants at our sites. This will require regular contact with area managers and senior employees in the business.
    Support the tenant recruitment process including dealing with enquiries and inputting data into the CRM systems.
    General administration duties as the business requires, including issuing letters to tenants and supporting other departments.

    A logical thinker and comfortable team player, capable of working using their own initiative.

  • Qualifications Required

    5 x GCSE A*-D / 9-3 which must include GCSE English and Maths at A*-C / 9-4 or equivalent.

    Potential of a full time job offer upon completion and additional qualification support

  • What will the End Point Assessment (EPA) include

    This includes a knowledge test, portfolio-based interview and a project/improvement presentation. All assessment methods will be conducted and graded by an independent EPAO.
