Benefit answer is a small company with 3 employees based in Bamber Bridge (near to Aldi). We provide advice and support to help people with claims and disputes for UK welfare benefits. This role is an apprentice administration assistant.

  • Job Description

    Inbound calls, directing calls, taking messages
    Answering emails
    Printing and posting paperwork to potential customers or adobe sign Entering potential clients on ACT (our customer database)
    Updating ACT as appropriate
    printing and posting eligibility checks or adobe sign
    Chasing customers for paperwork e.g. signed pages, MRN, dedsions, supporting info
    Call backs
    Request for medical records to customer

  • Personal Qualities

    Ability to work with and interact with other team members

  • Qualifications Required

    5 x GCSE A*-D / 9-3 which must include GCSE English at A*-C / 9-4 and Maths at A*-D / 9-3 or equivalent.

  • Future Prospects

    Possible continued employment at end of apprenticeship

  • What will the End Point Assessment (EPA) include

    This includes a knowledge test, portfolio-based interview and a project/improvement presentation. All assessment methods will be conducted and graded by an independent EPAO.
