  • Job Description

    In your role as Reception & Events Assistant, you’ll be an essential member of our team from your first day. Your responsibilities will include:

    Greeting visitors and managing the reception area with professionalism.
    Answering and directing telephone calls
    Maintaining up-to-date customer databases and managing daily correspondence.
    Assisting in the preparation of meeting documents and proposals
    Setting up and managing conference and event spaces.
    Managing diary and room bookings.
    Liaising with customers and suppliers
    Handling mail, managing stock, and performing general office duties.

  • Qualifications Required

    5 x GCSE A*-D / 9-3 which must include GCSE English and Maths at A*-C / 9-4 or equivalent

    Progression for further education and full time job

  • What will the End Point Assessment (EPA) include

    This includes a knowledge test, portfolio-based interview and a project/improvement presentation. All assessment methods will be conducted and graded by an independent EPAO.
