  • Job Description

    You will be on the reception desk, dealing with clients when
    they come into the office. Answering the telephone making
    Calls and appointments for clients..
    Typing letters and invoices
    Scanning Documents.
    Making Tea and coffee washing up
    General office duties

  • Personal Qualities

    Be a team player and able to work as a member of the team.
    Outgoing and friendly good telephone manner be able to use
    Use and learn to use computer packages

  • Qualifications Required

    5 x GCSE A*-D / 9-3 which must include GCSE English and Maths at A*-C / 9-4 or equivalent.

  • Future Prospects

    Further training and progression to level 4

  • What will the End Point Assessment (EPA) include

    Towards the final few months of the apprenticeship you will complete your End Point Assessment. This includes a knowledge test, portfolio-based interview and a project/improvement presentation. All assessment methods will be conducted and graded by an independent EPAO.
