Our Year 1 A Level Fine Art and Year 1 A Level Graphic Design students recently spent a day experiencing life as an animation and game design student.

Our students made a short animation using puppets, props and set designs using the cameras and software guided by the course tutors. Our students developed knowledge of how they could progress into careers as animators, model-makers, editors, directors, scriptwriters, set designers and game designers.

Mario, the Course Leader for animation at The University of Central Lancashire, met our Fine Art students earlier in the year and was able to offer further advice and feedback to students on their portfolio development.

Some great work was on show, and we would like to thank Mario for hosting the event.
