Over a one year course you will develop a range of practical skills and theoretical knowledge in the areas of Moving Image (editing, lighting and camera), Digital Print, Photography and Audio Editing.  Many students who enjoy and successfully complete this course progress onto the L3 Creative Media Production (Film and TV). A practical, work-based approach to learning, based on the television and film industry.

This is the first step in getting you a career in the TV and Film industry. Over a two year course you will develop a range of practical skills and theoretical knowledge in the areas of Television and Film Production.  You will also have the opportunity to gain work experience externally and in the college’s own production company RunshawTV.  Many students who enjoy and successfully complete this course progress onto Higher Education or employment in the Media Industry.
