“In my role as an Employability Tutor I encourage and support students to develop important employability skills, in readiness for progression and their future careers. I deliver a 6-week programme of Employability & Work Readiness sessions to those students engaging in Industry, T-level and Work Placements, to help develop their knowledge and understanding of various employability topics including; researching job roles and organisations, telephone skills, CV and application skills, STAR interviews, and professional conduct in the workplace. All students are given the opportunity to take part in the Runshaw eXTRA online Personal Development Programme including interactive Customer Service and Employability Workshops.”
