Privacy Policy

Runshaw College takes your privacy seriously.

Submitting an application for employment via the Runshaw College website means that your personal data will be electronically held and processed by HireRoad, who provide Applicant Tracking Software for the College. HireRoad will not do anything with your information which they are not instructed to do by Runshaw College – the Data Controller. This includes not sharing your personal information with any organisation apart from us, holding it securely and retaining it for the period we instruct which is, for unsuccessful candidates, a period of 9 months. All of the information you provide during the process will only be used for the purpose of progressing your application, or to fulfil legal or regulatory requirements if necessary. We will keep your personal information securely and ensure that it is only shared with those making recruitment and selection decisions.
