This programme is delivered based on research, student feedback/experiences and encompasses the learning required at this level. Following successful completion of the course you will be offered the opportunity to progress to the full Diploma Level 5* providing direct entry to CIPD Level 7, should you wish to pursue this higher level qualification thereafter.
