  • Engineering Level 2 - Performing Engineering Operations

We provide Apprenticeships in 4 skill areas; these are industrial machining, mechanical engineering, fabrication and sheet metal. These areas can be applied to 100’s of work roles from manufacturing and production to technical and maintenance.     As an Infrastructure Technician you will be involved in providing support to internal and external customers, helping them to be productive when using technology to do their own jobs, by using tools to problem solve and trouble shoot non-routine problems. Task would also include setting people up on systems and providing support when they need it, rectifying issues to maintain the organisations productivity. Roles would include Help Desk Technician, First or Second Line Support, IT Infrastructure Technician or Network Support.

They will understand network configuration, cloud, network administration and monitoring tools, and be able to give technical advice and guidance.
